How To Make The Simple Super Green Smoothie

1Wash all the ingredients with some filtered water and drain in a ceramic or stainless steel sieve.

2Roughly chop all the ingredients and then add them all to a blender. Blend on high for roughly a minute. If you do not have a blender then a bar mix will work as well. Make sure you blend the smoothie mix until smooth and consistent.

3Serve in a chilled glass or over ice.
