How to Make Lemon Water
1Grab your favourite glass from the cupboard. Grab a lemon press and squeeze your lemon into the glass making sure not to let any seeds in. You can also use a lemon reamer but we prefer the press as it catches the seeds for you. Add the water in and stir together.
2Drink the Lemon Water while the liquid is still warm to get the maximum health benefit.
