This little gem of a yoga routine is perfect for loosening up your lower body muscles. This great routine realigns your entire pelvic floor and keeps you moving in harmony all day long.

If you follow this routine on a biweekly basis you can look forward to more flexibility in the lower body including the glutes and calves. The one thing to remember is to dwell for a comfortable duration in each pose making sure to keep your breathing consistent to keep blood flowing.
